About our LGBT+ / Inclusion Network
The mission of MSCI’s Pride & Allies Employee Resource Group is to provide LGBT+ employees and allies with a group forum to help create an inclusive culture where all MSCI employees can be their authentic selves.
They accomplish this by raising awareness of LGBT+ issues through education and community building, fostering an inclusive and safe working environment for all LGBT+ employees and allies by encouraging respect and engaging with leading LGBT+ organizations and key client partners.
